Adam's Ribs opened in 1993 at the former location of the infamous Rosko's Grille. Peter Roskovich, the former owner of Rosko's Grille is one of the principal owners of the Adam's location in Fruitland. Adam's has enjoyed local recognition by being voted the "Best Ribs" year after year in the Metropolitan Magazine reader's poll.
We offer on and off premise catering. Our banquet room holds up to 100 people. It's great for meetings, birthday parties, showers, or holiday parties.
Black Diamond Catering is an upscale version of Adam's Ribs featuring special presentations. We offer custom-designed menus, full service bar, gold trimmed chafing dishes and stemware, on location grilling, carving and pasta stations, event planning and more.
